A Nice Thank You Email, for a Rehearsal Dinner at PEM

If you are a frequent reader of this blog, you will already know that we are the preferred caterer at the Peabody Essex Museum (PEM). In addition to weddings, we do rehearsal dinners there too, and this note was about one of the recent ones. I thought you would enjoy seeing this.

what a wonderful night at the peabody.
it way out did my expectations.
since, i was from out of town, and having no idea, what the food, or service would be like
not only was i pleasantly surprised.
i was very, very impressed.
the food, was fabulous,
the tomatoes were a hit.
down to the pineapple upside down cake , that my brother said he would eat anyones that did not
want one.
everything was great, the french cut chicken, snow peas, etc.
the bartender was great, as well as all the staff.
what a great night.
thank you, sooooooo much for all your help.
